Network Security Engineer: Spanish Speaker

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Engineer to join our team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for providing 2nd level partner and support services, working closely with our Line 1 Service Desk and other delivery teams to resolve incidents and implement service requests.
Key responsibilities include managing and maintaining our Network Operating Centre (NOC), ensuring security and availability, and providing technical onboarding for partners and customers.
What You'll Do- Work on our 2nd level Service Desk to resolve partner and end-user incidents, installing, uninstalling, troubleshooting, and maintaining applications, products, and equipment.
- Provide coaching and guidance to 1st Level Service Desk agents.
- Evaluate and escalate incidents to the next level and vendor support when the solution is unknown.
- Manage and maintain the Network Operating Centre (NOC), ensuring security and availability, and monitoring customer environments and Service Desk tools.
- Spanish speaking (fluent or native) with English B2/C1 (verbal and written communication) skills.
- 3 years' experience as a Network Security Engineer.
- Experience in configuring and/or troubleshooting firewall technologies.
- One or more of the following industry certifications: CompTIA Security+, SSCP, PCNSA/E, CCNA/P, JNCIA-SEC, JNCIS-SEC, JNCIA-Junos, JNCIS-ENT, CCSA, CCSE, or equivalent vendor/industry certification.
- Nice to have: knowledge in Palo Alto Products.
