About the Role:

As a Sales Associate/Athlete at Nike, you will be the face of our brand, delivering premium brand experiences to our customers. You will use your skills in product knowledge and exceptional customer service to help our team of leaders and coaches train new staff, support various store departments, and recommend products to achieve sales goals. You will also use your knowledge of digital devices to connect online and offline sales or in-store services, inform customers and new employees about Nike products and services, and improve your own knowledge with our training tools and courses to stay updated on sales trends, Nike products, services, and company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use your skills in product knowledge and exceptional customer service to deliver premium brand experiences to customers.
  • Help our team of leaders and coaches train new staff.
  • Support various store departments, such as working at the cash register, managing incoming and outgoing goods, restocking sales floor products, or designing displays.
  • Recommend products to achieve sales goals.
  • Use your knowledge of digital devices to connect online and offline sales or in-store services.
  • Inform customers and new employees about Nike products and services.
  • Improve your own knowledge with our training tools and courses to stay updated on sales trends, Nike products, services, and company culture.
