We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Consultant to join our team at Omega CRM. As a Salesforce Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their business goals by leveraging the power of Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities- Requirements Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements to identify business needs and develop solutions.
- Design and Implement Solutions: Design and implement functional solutions in projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Effort Estimations: Provide accurate effort estimations for projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the Omega team and clients to contribute to project objectives and ensure successful project delivery.
- Application Performance: Analyze and improve application performance, ensuring optimal user experience.
- Technology Partnerships: Collaborate with technology providers as required by the project, ensuring seamless integration and optimal solutions.
- Solution Validation: Contribute to the validation of the solution against functional requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Software Quality Standards: Comply with agreed software quality standards set by Omega's Technical Management, ensuring high-quality solutions.
- Functional Documentation: Generate functional documentation for completed projects, ensuring clear understanding of solutions.
- Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate within Omega's community of practice by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Minimum 4 Years of Experience: Minimum of 4 years of work experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and consulting roles.
- Field Service Experience: Experience in Field Service is a plus.
- Cloud Experience: Experience with different clouds such as Sales, Service, Community, etc.
- Agile Methodology: Experience with Agile methodology.
- Fluent English: Oral and written fluent in English.
- French Language: French as a plus.
