As a Guest Experience Coordinator at Robinwood Activity Centres, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience during their stay. This involves providing exceptional customer service, addressing any issues that may arise, and working collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Answering and responding to guest calls, messages, and emails in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing information and assistance on various topics such as room rates, amenities, and services
  • Addressing and resolving guest complaints and concerns in a fair and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any incidents or issues to management
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using computer software applications, including email and CRM systems
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
