Salary
We offer a competitive salary package, including a minimum annual salary of $65,000 USD, based on experience, plus 30 days of paid vacation.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Ptw Shipyard. As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning and overseeing boat projects, ensuring impeccable quality, adherence to schedules, and budget management.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating in the development of project documents and templates;
  • Ensuring strict compliance with quality and project standards;
  • Monitoring project phases to ensure they are executed on time, within budget, and meet the client's approved quality standards;
  • Providing support to the Senior Project Manager in coordinating and supervising project tasks;
  • Acting as a liaison with the client's representative during the ship's stay at the shipyard;
  • Organizing and supervising work across different departments;
  • Managing internal project documentation and schedules;
  • Executing reporting activities for your project portfolio and team as directed;
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, consistently delivering excellent results;
  • Adhering to company rules, regulations, and safety procedures;
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work area, upholding professional work standards;

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you should possess:

  • A background in Naval Engineering, Technical Naval Engineering, or an equivalent University Degree;
  • Additional training in Project Management will be considered an asset;
  • Fluent in Spanish, with a high level of proficiency in spoken and written English;
  • Proficiency in ERP business management software;
  • Familiarity with design and project management software, such as SolidWorks, SolidEdge, AutoCAD, Asana, SmartSheet, Monday, or similar tools.
