About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Game Mathematician to join our team at RAW iGaming Ltd. As a Game Mathematician, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative and engaging mathematical models for our games.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mathematical Model Development: Design and implement mathematical models that ensure our games are engaging, exciting, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Market Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends and identify opportunities for mathematical design improvements.
  • Game Design Specifications: Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to establish specifications for game development, ensuring that game studios receive the necessary information to produce high-quality games.
  • Target Achievement: Meet targets, goals, and objectives for game productions, as outlined in the RAW Game Roadmap.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with team management, certification, and release managers to ensure transparency and clear communication on mathematical, technical, and operational matters.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience as a game mathematician with a proven track record.
  • EU citizenship or a valid visa to work in the EU.
  • Deep understanding of the iGaming market and what drives game performance from a mathematical and mechanical perspective.
  • Strong understanding of player needs and preferences.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with game developers, studios, and platform developers.
  • Degree in a technical subject, such as mathematics, statistics, engineering, or computer science.
  • Interest and experience in mathematics, statistics, probability, and quantitative analysis.
