Job Summary:

Ic Resources is seeking a highly experienced Chief Sales Officer to lead our commercial growth strategy and drive revenue expansion. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and strategic alliances.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize sales results.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in driving revenue growth and expansion.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, and any additional language skills would be beneficial.
