Proton's Affiliate team is one of the main acquisition channels for the company, and we're hiring a Partnerships Marketing Manager to join our growing team. As a key member of our Partnerships Team, you'll be responsible for growing your key partnerships with online publishers, blogs, and networks.

You'll work with our affiliate partners to ensure their sales funnels are optimized, while also researching, recruiting, and negotiating new partnerships. This role will have a significant impact on the growth of Proton Mail and Proton Pass products.

What you'll do:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners
  • Optimize existing affiliate performance by analyzing and identifying areas for improvement
  • Research, identify, and recruit new affiliate partnerships
  • Collaborate with PR and product teams to ensure partners have the latest product updates and releases

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, business development, or sales
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Strong negotiating skills, with experience negotiating commercial terms preferred
  • Working knowledge of at least two of the following performance marketing disciplines: content marketing, PR, SEO, social media, and online advertising
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence analyzing data
  • Account management experience, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships
  • Experience with digital marketing tools such as SEMrush and Ahrefs
