Vi söker en driven och ambitiös Business Utvecklingsrepresentant som vill vara med och förändra branschen. Som Business Utvecklingsrepresentant på Anteriad kommer du att arbeta med att samla information genom att ställa rätt frågor om relevanta IT-relaterade ämnen till IT-chefer i Norden, främst i Sverige.
Uppdraget
Uppdraget består av att ringa till företag och prata med IT-chefer för att generera leads. Målet är att boka in ett möte mellan IT-chefen och vår kunds säljrepresentant. Du kommer att arbeta hand i hand med försäljningsexperter från våra kunder och lära dig det bästa av det bästa om branschen samtidigt som du bygger upp ditt nätverk av beslutsfattare runt om i världen.
Onboardingprocessen
Vi har en utmärkt fyra veckors onboardingprocess för att förbereda dig för att utmärka dig som en Anteriad Business Utvecklingsrepresentant. Under denna process kommer du att lära dig allt du behöver veta för att lyckas i rollen.
Provisionssystemet
Vårt provisionssystem utan tak innebär att ju fler leads du genererar, desto mer pengar tjänar du. Detta uppmuntrar konsekvent hög prestanda och ger en väg för professionell tillväxt inom organisationen.
Vad vi erbjuder
Tillsvidareanställning med månadslön (ca 1680€ / månad) + obegränsat provisionssystem. Vi erbjuder också möjlighet att arbeta hemifrån vissa dagar under förutsättning att företagets regler följs, intern utbildning, bra arbetsatmosfär, gratis lektioner i spanska, gratis yoga- och fitnesskurser, fri tillgång till lärplattform och grillfest på fredag eftermiddag.
