About the Role
We are looking for a talented AI Solutions Specialist to help us drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence across our organization.
- You will be responsible for scouting emerging AI tools and practices, helping teams integrate AI into their daily workflows.
- You will serve as the company's go-to expert for prompt engineering, AI tool selection, and smart automation.
- You will lead the internal AI Guild, facilitating knowledge-sharing, experimentation, and collaborative innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Artificial Intelligence.
- Evaluate the performance of different AI tools and recommend the best ones for our needs.
- Organize training sessions and workshops to help teams learn how to use AI tools effectively.
- Develop strategies to optimize the performance of AI models in various applications.
- Grow the internal AI Guild and promote a culture of AI exploration across the organization.
- Identify opportunities for automation and develop solutions that integrate AI tools with other services.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of AI services.
- Serve as an internal consultant, helping teams understand their needs and proposing AI-driven solutions.
- Establish effective communication channels to enable teams to implement process improvements autonomously.
- Produce regular reports on AI trends and emerging technologies.
- Maintain ongoing communication with all departments to drive adoption of new AI tools and solutions.
