Information Security Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective implementation and maintenance of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) within Allianz Technology. This includes overseeing the fulfillment of Information Security requirements in all services provided by Allianz Technology as a shared service provider to its customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement information security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating potential security threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of information security into business processes and systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience in information security, risk management, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of information security frameworks and standards, including ISO 27001 and NIST.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
