Job Overview

The Innovation and Lifecycle Marketing team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading data strategy, data analysis, and insights in partnership with Lifecycle Marketers who design and deliver data-driven digital experiences across the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and own sophisticated data models, reports, and dashboards to track our initiatives and derive actionable insights.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights for initiatives within the Lifecycle Marketing team.
  • Review performances of existing customer journeys and uncover gaps and opportunities for optimization.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Review customer behavior and identify gaps and opportunities to accelerate time to value, improve adoption rates, and long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical global teams to convert insights into actionable data triggers.
Requirements
  • Overall 10 years of experience with a minimum of 5+ years in complex data analysis and strategic insights from a B2B, SaaS background.
  • Experience working in Marketing, Sales, Customer behavior, or product usage related areas is preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) to extract and present insights is a must.
  • Familiarity with Python or R, advanced statistical analysis techniques, machine learning algorithms, data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and compelling formats for a variety of stakeholders.
