You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in warehouse operations and service levels, managing inbound and outbound logistics activities, and overseeing external warehousing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive continuous improvement in warehouse operations and service levels
- Manage all inbound and outbound logistics activities, including inventory replenishment, order fulfillment, and loading
- Oversee external warehousing operations
- Manage the operational budget
- Develop and implement innovative solutions, KPI improvements, loss prevention programs, and safety initiatives
- Lead the company's commitment to a zero-accident workplace
- Collaborate with temporary employment agencies to plan staffing levels
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment to drive employee engagement and development
- Recruiting and onboarding
- Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across departments
- Develop and maintain an efficient and professional organization
