Technology Management Director

The estimated salary for this position ranges from approximately $160,000 - $200,000 per year, based on location and experience.

We are seeking a Technology Management Director to lead large technical projects within our wind sector division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective project management strategies, driving root cause analysis, and defining dedicated solutions with internal and external stakeholders.

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve project outcomes.
• Provide technical support to enhance claim resolution with suppliers and ensure transparency regarding cost-effectiveness and risk mitigation.
• Maintain accurate project records and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and encourage teams to share best practices.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A technical background with a Master's degree in engineering.
• Proven leadership experience, preferably in the wind energy sector and turnkey projects.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially with customers or suppliers.
• Good understanding of MS Office and SAP software, if applicable.
• Fluent English skills and ability to work in different business cultures.
