Senior Game Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Game Designer to join our team at Scopely. As a key member of our game development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging gameplay experiences for our casual mobile games.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop new game features and mechanics that drive player engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including art, UX, and engineering, to ensure cohesive game design and implementation
  • Analyze player data and feedback to inform design decisions and optimize game performance
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive game design documentation, including feature specifications, user flows, and prototypes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our games remain competitive and innovative

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Designer in the mobile gaming industry, particularly in free-to-play models
  • Strong understanding of game design fundamentals and theory, including user-centric design principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and international team environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative development environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
