**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Engineer to join our Technical Records department as a Maintenance Coordinator. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing duties at the Technical Records department, working closely with a team of engineers and technical personnel, and reporting directly to the Office Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Reception, revision, and closure of all maintenance jobs performed by the MRO in the AMOS software system.
- Manage and process base maintenance checks, ensuring compliance with proper standards and company policies.
- Revise and close all major checks received in digital format, updating the system with relevant information (component changes, SBs).
- Claim and follow up on discrepancies generated during the process (documental discrepancies or missing documents).
- Provide support and feedback to other departments, such as CAMO and Engineering.
- Attend Phase in or Phase out projects, collaborating and assisting when required.
**Requirements**
- Aerospace Engineer degree is a must.
- Fluent in English.
- Self-disciplined and methodical person.
- Prior experience in the area is not required but will be taken into account.
- Valuable experience in aviation and aviation maintenance in general.
- Experience working within a CAMO and specifically Technical Records department.
- Good skills with AMOS software and Excel.
- Computer literacy.
- Driving license and owner of a vehicle.
- Availability for travel.
