MISSION

To support the management and planning of technical departments for projects and Business Unit, ensuring a quality and reliable analysis of information by established deadlines.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS

  • Obtain and analyze key economic indicators, ensuring compliance with Corporate Policies.
  • Create the TC/TP study for new bids, guaranteeing accuracy and reliability.
  • Analyze and guarantee the reliability of data included in the TC/TP, collaborating with all functions.
  • Update the TC/TP study and its corresponding Action Plan within established periods.
  • Monitor key project variables and report any deviations.
  • Report to the Corporation using defined reports on a monthly basis.
  • Support Business Plan generation for assigned departments, calculating corresponding rate schedules.
  • Comply with Ficosa's Code of Ethics and Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job.
  • Collaborate in maintaining, promoting, and improving the OHSE and Quality department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Academic background: Bachelor's degree

Languages: Fluent local language & Fluent English (spoken & written)

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in similar position or in auditor or cost analyst position

Additional training: Knowledge of economics, business administration, engineering, control management, accounting, or projects management would be of additional value.
