Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security IAM Analyst to join our team at Allen Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of application integrations and security.

About the Role: In this exciting opportunity, you will collaborate with our dynamic team to define and configure new integrations, ensuring seamless and secure user experiences. You will work closely with the Functional IAM Team to design the right Authorization Model for app integrations, and provide expert support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate and Integrate: Define and configure new integrations, streamlining processes and enhancing security.
  2. Innovate and Evolve: Participate in the evolution of the App Integrations Model, ensuring it meets new business needs and stays ahead of industry trends.
  3. Coordinate and Define: Work closely with the Functional IAM Team to design the right Authorization Model for app integrations.
  4. Support and Solve: Provide expert support to our customers, responding to Service Now tickets with precision and care.

Requirements:

  1. Language Skills: Communicative English and fluent Spanish are a must.
  2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a Technical Business Analyst & Support team, with a solid understanding of IAM software administration and support.
  3. Education: A Bachelor's Degree, Certificate of Higher Education, or Vocational Education and Training is required.
  4. Technical Proficiency: General technical skills in IAM are essential, with familiarity with Agile tools like Kanban, Jira, Confluence, and Service Now a plus.
