**Job Description**

In this role at Publicis Groupe, you will work for one of the world's most prestigious cosmetic groups. As a CRM trainee, you will learn:

• **Support the CRM team in executing CRM strategies** to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

• **Assist in developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns** to drive customer retention and acquisition.

• **Maintain and update customer databases**, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation.

• **Analyze customer data and behavior** to provide insights and recommendations for improving CRM efforts.

• **Collaborate with cross-functional teams** to ensure alignment between CRM initiatives and overall marketing goals.

• **Create and update reports** to track the performance and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

• **Participate in brainstorming sessions** to generate creative ideas for customer retention and acquisition.

• **Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices** in CRM and marketing.

**Qualifications**

We are looking for an intern with:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• A strong interest in marketing, particularly in CRM and customer-centric strategies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.

• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
