Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hemodialysis Nurse to join our team at Nephocare Health Care Services Philippines Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the overall traffic and organization within the hemodialysis unit, acting as a leader in the treatment area, and serving as a facilitator/preceptor to less experienced staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate hemodialysis machines and ensure the continuity of care to clients by proper monitoring, documentation, and communication to the healthcare team.
- Assist in the preparation and termination of hemodialysis procedures as needed.
- Provide leadership and guidance to less experienced staff in the facility.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse License
- At least 1 year of experience in hemodialysis
- New board passers are encouraged to apply and willing to be trained
