We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to work with a well-respected surgical team, gain experience in multiple specialties, and receive invaluable training and mentorship.
**Responsibilities**
Delivers top-notch and highly professional patient care to patients and provides the best experience to their families while in our clinic/inpatient setting.
Assesses and diagnoses patient conditions and develops and implements a treatment plan in collaboration with physicians.
Provides personalized patient education and counseling to patients and family members/caregivers.
Consistently exhibits behavior and communication skills that demonstrate commitment to superior customer service, including quality, care, and concern with all patients.
Closely monitors patient safety at all times.
Work closely with all surgeons and communicate timely and professionally to ensure care continuum for all patients is met.
Adheres to all required documentation within EMR and ensures professional and timely completion of all notes.
Strong ability to respond quickly, effectively, and with equanimity to member crises and life situations.
Adheres to Standard Precautions and safety policy and procedures at all times.
Uses, protects, and discloses organization's patients' protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards.
