We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PA / Lead Administrator to join our dynamic team at Thinkspain. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our directors and team members.
Key Responsibilities- Executive Assistance
- Support directors in implementing business strategies and plans.
- Prepare detailed reports, including activity updates, closings, and follow-ups.
- Office Management
- Ensure the office operates efficiently and effectively, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Represent the company professionally, upholding our values and ethics.
- Client Relationship Management
- Maintain and develop our client database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the property search process.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Knowledge and Learning
- Stay informed about new products and services, as well as local market trends.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest communication methods and technologies.
- Systems and Technology
- Utilize CRM systems and have strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 products, including SharePoint, MS Forms, and MS Planner.
- Knowledge of Power Automate is a plus.
- Planning and Organising
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with others.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft 365 products.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is essential. Additional languages such as French, German, and Dutch are a plus.
