We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Accounting Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial accounting support, with a focus on reconciliations, controls, reporting, and cash management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead accounting for critical and sensitive processes, including cash accounting, cash forecasting, local taxes, leases, revenue recognition, intercompany variance management, and human resources-related tasks.

• Own the day-to-day relationship with the bank, managing access, payment execution, allowed overdrafts, and facilitating communication within ADP.

• Post journals based on well-prepared support and present such support for scrutiny to management and auditors.

• Prepare and submit audit information to a professional standard.

• Understand and work with the differences between US GAAP and Spanish GAAP.

• Take on key projects for Spain, such as Cash Management Oracle Module accounting automation, prepayment accounting automation, and cost accounting alignment.

• Assist the Spain Chief Accountant with process and controls improvements.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, with relevant accounting experience.

• Subject matter expert for accounting standards and statutory accounting.

• Experience with international corporate structures and matrix organizations preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to obtain unbiased information and use sound rationale for decision-making.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong working relationships.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ERP systems like Oracle and Hyperion Planning.

**Salary Range:** $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

**Location:** Remote or on-site at ADP headquarters.
