Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at Jujur. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries and providing timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or automated alerts
  • Record call details in the call management system
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services and products
  • Escalate potential service issues to senior team members
  • Ensure compliance with contractual SLA
  • Provide coverage for other agents
  • Collaborate with the team on specific projects
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Native / fluent in Italian, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Competency in IT platforms, equipment, and applications
  • Strong aptitude for working in a customer service environment
  • Excellent customer care skills
