We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our consolidated team in the space sector and take on new challenges. As a Project Manager for Space Ground Control and Navigation Projects, you will be responsible for managing several subcontractors within satellite Ground Control Segment or Navigation Programmes.
Key Responsibilities- Contractual Setup and Workplans Definition: Establish contractual agreements and define work plans for subcontractors.
- Managerial and Programmatic Control: Oversee schedule, risks, deliverables, compliance, payments, and contractual aspects.
- Technical Control: Support engineering teams in the flowdown of technical requirements and technical reviews (design, validation, etc).
- Organization and Witnessing of Project Reviews: Organize and witness project reviews and technical meetings, including progress meetings, formal reviews, and audits.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management covering systems and HW and/or SW engineering within space or similar domains.
- Experience on Space Ground Control or Navigation projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in English.
- Previous experience in subcontractor management, knowledge of contractual management, and additional languages beyond English are valued.
- Hybrid working model with 8 weeks per year of teleworking outside your usual geographical area.
