Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management:
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to coach and develop the sales team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to meet sales targets.
- Lead the department team through regular briefings, goal setting, and training on product categories.
- Create a positive team culture, motivating and driving the team to achieve sales and efficiency goals.
- Model role behavior, demonstrating leadership and expertise in menswear fashion.
- Sales & Customer Management:
- Maximize sales results and performance indicators for menswear product categories.
- Develop a deep understanding of luxury fashion and the ability to attract and manage high-value customer relationships.
- Manage a portfolio of local and international clients, leveraging excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Track, monitor, and communicate sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Represent the Dior brand as an ambassador, demonstrating a strong understanding of the brand's DNA and values.
- Product Supervision:
- Coordinate and monitor product category performances, analyzing data and reports to inform business decisions.
- Train the sales team on product knowledge and market trends, ensuring they are up-to-date on business objectives.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to purchase and restock menswear products.
- Oversee stock management, organization, and inventory for menswear categories.
- Procedure Monitoring:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and codes of conduct.
- Supervise staff in the correct execution of operating procedures, ensuring all company policies are applied.
