We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Menswear Department Manager to join our team at CHRISTIAN DIOR COUTURE. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading the menswear department and driving sales growth while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management:
    • Collaborate with the Store Manager to coach and develop the sales team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to meet sales targets.
    • Lead the department team through regular briefings, goal setting, and training on product categories.
    • Create a positive team culture, motivating and driving the team to achieve sales and efficiency goals.
    • Model role behavior, demonstrating leadership and expertise in menswear fashion.
  • Sales & Customer Management:
    • Maximize sales results and performance indicators for menswear product categories.
    • Develop a deep understanding of luxury fashion and the ability to attract and manage high-value customer relationships.
    • Manage a portfolio of local and international clients, leveraging excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and long-term relationships.
    • Track, monitor, and communicate sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Represent the Dior brand as an ambassador, demonstrating a strong understanding of the brand's DNA and values.
  • Product Supervision:
    • Coordinate and monitor product category performances, analyzing data and reports to inform business decisions.
    • Train the sales team on product knowledge and market trends, ensuring they are up-to-date on business objectives.
    • Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to purchase and restock menswear products.
    • Oversee stock management, organization, and inventory for menswear categories.
  • Procedure Monitoring:
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and codes of conduct.
    • Supervise staff in the correct execution of operating procedures, ensuring all company policies are applied.
