Role

As a member of the Development Team, a consulting unit of specialists working on different client projects, you will be responsible for programming the client's requirements based on provided specifications and providing system support/technical knowledge to the project team throughout the project cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Create technical specifications of programs/interfaces based on functional specifications provided.
  • Implement the client's requirements using technologies such as ABAP/4, SAP Script, etc., according to the design documentation and template guidelines, utilizing/creating reusable code that is easily upgradeable/maintainable.
  • Ensure that the programs/interfaces are Unit Tested, including creating sufficient test data (such as employee master records) to complete scenario testing.
  • Support clients through the User Acceptance, Parallel Testing, and Go-Live phases.
  • Upgrade programs to be compatible with new releases of R/3 (such as Enterprise/mySAP ERP).

Requirements

Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience with ABAP development of at least 2 years.
  • Experience with developing, configuring, and using APIs.
  • Two or more years of experience with PCC, Fiori configuration, and Webservice.
  • Working knowledge of XML.
  • Bachelor or Master's degree with a Technical emphasis, or equivalent.
