Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to employees and managers, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and policies. Your primary focus will be on onboarding, offboarding, and employee file management, as well as supporting the Operations Department and Staffing Business Units in implementing a cohesive people plan aligned with our business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide first-line support to employees and managers on HR tools, processes, and policies, maximizing organizational effectiveness and ensuring compliance.
• Run all HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee file management, with a focus on rigorous management and stakeholder follow-up.
• Support the Operations Department and Staffing Business Units in implementing a cohesive people plan, ensuring alignment with our business strategy.
• Collaborate with the HR team to build and ensure best-in-class processes are applied in the business, including Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Staffing Review, Learning & Development, Career & Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational development, Change Management, Payroll, and H&S.
• Assist with the periodic execution of Payroll, including query resolution and external vendor management, ensuring compliance with our collective agreement.
• Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in driving the onboarding process, ensuring smooth and quick integration to the company for all levels below senior department heads and supporting in talent acquisition strategy.
Requirements
