We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations & People Manager to join our team at Byld | Corporate Venture Builder. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's operations and people functions, ensuring seamless execution and growth.

About the Role

As an Operations & People Manager, you will be accountable for financial reporting, working closely with our operations intern and management team to drive strategic decision-making. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive people & culture strategy, including talent acquisition, performance management, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial reporting structures, ensuring timely and accurate data for management decision-making.
  • Design and oversee the people & culture strategy, including talent acquisition, performance management, and team development.
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify industry trends and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Provide administrative support to optimize office procedures, including invoicing, accounts payable, and cash flow management.
  • Process improvement and analysis of tools to maximize efficiency and internal processes.
  • Support the management team in preparing quotations, contracts, and other legal documents.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a corporate innovation or venture building environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
