About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer to join our team at Sollers. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing core insurance systems, such as Guidewire, Salesforce, TIA, or INSIS. Your expertise in Java and multilingual skills will enable you to work effectively with our clients and contribute to the design of IT solutions and documentation.

About the Skills and Tools

You will use a range of technologies, including Java, Git, Jenkins, IntelliJ, SOAP, REST, Oracle, MSSQL, and H2. Your strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) design patterns, clean code principles, and best practices will be essential in delivering high-quality software solutions.

About the Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of commercial experience as a software developer, preferably in Java.
  • A good command of English language (at least B2/C1 level).
  • Fluency in French or German (B2/C1 level at least).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Availability to work full-time.
  • Ability to work in the European Union.
