Job Description
As a Renewable Energy Site Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient, safe, and timely management of all site-based construction activities during the construction of our Wind Park Montes de Cierzo. You will oversee and manage all site-based construction activities, coordinating with various stakeholders, including project contractors, subcontractors, and local residents. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Reporting to the Construction Manager on a direct basis
  • Recording and reporting on site construction activities to the Project Manager & Construction Manager
  • Ensuring construction methods conform to industry standards and good industry practice
  • Coordinating with the HSSE-Site representative on site safety inspections
  • Liaising with stakeholders at local level

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Degree qualified with appropriate health and safety qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience, with at least 5 years in construction
  • Previous experience in wind projects is mandatory; experience in solar projects is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
