Sales Team Leader with German

About the Role:

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to find a talented Sales Team Leader with German language skills to join their team in Gda'sSk, Poland.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and manage absenteeism and attrition for all Sales Advisors in the team.
  • Monitor work performance of all Sales Advisors and undertake quarterly performance reviews and monthly 1:1 meetings.
  • Provide clear direction and guidance with a team's sales goals in mind.
  • Facilitate a culture of open and honest two-way communication and maintain an environment that supports teamwork.
  • Coach, develop, and motivate Sales Advisors by providing the skills and knowledge to perform their job and opportunities for skills expansion and career development.
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication of any client/campaign issues to the Operations Manager.
  • Implement and improve processes to enhance client satisfaction survey scores.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent in German both verbally and in writing.
  • Good command of English.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales operations/Team Leading (ideally B2B), managing both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Rev Ops Mindset.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a BPO/Contact Centre environment.
  • Vibrant and resolute personality to successfully lead and coach a team.
  • Understanding of B2B sales operations and experience with sales KPIs.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced international work environment, a drive to make an impact, and share best practices.
  • Effective task prioritization and time management skills, especially under pressure.
