About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Technologist to join our team at Custom Culinary. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and delicious food solutions for our customers.

Your primary focus will be on developing new products and solutions for the snack industry, working closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the snack industry and its trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative product solutions.
  • Conduct sensory evaluations and product testing to ensure quality and safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Food Science or Food Technology.
  • Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in product development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish or Dutch is a plus.
