Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mixology Assistant to join our pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. Under the guidance of the Head Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing drinks according to guest preferences and serving food and beverages in a timely manner. Your primary objective will be to create a memorable experience for our guests by providing exceptional service and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities
- Ensure bartenders have adequate glassware, garnishes, beverages, and supplies at all times.
- Assist bartenders with guest service during busy periods and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
- Offer engaging and friendly service to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Maintain liquors, garnishes, and glassware in the work area, adhering to health department specifications.
- Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests can unwind and enjoy themselves.

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in hospitality within food and beverage.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a high-level attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests alike.
