Job Title: Emea Lead - Industrial Control Systems Security Specialist

Job Summary:

Axalta Coating Systems is seeking an experienced Emea Lead - Industrial Control Systems Security Specialist to join our Manufacturing Strategy - Automation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the security of our Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Operational Technology (OT) across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of system design documentation and asset inventories of the site ICS/OT environment.
  • Maintenance of network architecture and dataflow diagrams.
  • Support virtual environments (hardware, Hypervisor, Virtual Machines, Host Hardware).
  • Assist with software installations and compliance, collaborating with the local IT team.
  • Coordinate backup and recovery processes.
  • Provide technical maintenance for network infrastructure and endpoints.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in IT and Operational Technology systems administration and maintenance.
  • Ideally, 4-year degree in a STEM field.
  • Experience with Industrial Control Systems in Manufacturing, and knowledge of ICS Operational Technology Components.
  • Examples of General network Training and/or Certification (CCENT/ NETWORK+/ etc).
  • Examples of ICS/OT Training and/or Certifications (ISA/ SANS/NIST/ etc).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience leading, coordinating or managing projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Communication skills: ability to communicate with users and medium & top management.
  • Analysis, organization, and critical thinking.

Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel regionally (25%).
