The RoleWe are seeking a Commis Pastry to join our pre-opening team at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid. As an essential member of the Food & Beverage team, the Commis Pastry will be responsible for preparing guests' dessert orders from all outlets in accordance with production requirements and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare pastry items according to guest orders of consistent quality following recipe cards, as well as production, portion, and presentation standards.
- Complete mis en place and set-up station for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service.
- Operate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment, including food processor, mixer, and oven.
- Maintain a clean and efficient station.
- Manage and prioritize tasks by shift with the help of the Pastry Cook.
