Unlock Your Potential as a Cloud ERP Specialist at Unit4

Are you passionate about driving success for our customers and developing stakeholder relationships? Do you have expertise in implementing quality ERP customer solutions that meet design and strategic objectives? We're looking for a talented individual to join our Professional Services Team as a Cloud ERP Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in sales handovers and project onboarding with the wider project team
  • Implement ERP customer solutions that reduce complexity and costs
  • Lead and participate in workshops, prioritizing requirements and identifying opportunities for customer success
  • Deliver approved customer solutions using templates as applicable
  • Work with delivery teams to ensure projects meet design, schedule, and budget
Post-Go-Live & Existing Customer Engagements:
  • Support customer solution reviews and health checks, identifying opportunities to expand Unit4's footprint
  • Engage in the delivery of upgrades and cloud migrations to existing customers
Product Enhancements & New Technologies:
  • Stay up-to-date on new technologies, legislations, and good practice, sharing knowledge internally and externally
  • Work with senior consultants to identify improvements to models and functionality
  • Embrace continuous learning, enhancing knowledge in new areas
Qualifications:
  • Fluent knowledge of Norwegian and English
  • Excited about technology-enabled change
  • Strong business analysis skills with an eye for detail
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude, independent, and able to work under pressure
  • Background/experience in Finance/Management/IT considered a bonus
