About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Amazon Spain Services, S.L. team. As a key member of our Logistics Finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage Amazon Logistics metrics to identify cost optimization opportunities by linking operational and financial data.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the cost structure to inform strategic business decisions and drive cost reductions.
  • Build trusted partnerships with business stakeholders to influence and support tactical and strategic business decisions.
  • Communicate financial data and insights in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, and implement process improvements to drive business efficiency.
  • Supervise and own the financial and operational planning processes to deliver a comprehensive operational plan.
  • Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts to drive business outcomes and improve financial performance.
Requirements
  • Experience in financial analysis and planning, with a focus on logistics and operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis tools, such as Excel and financial modeling software.
