Your focus will be to extract as much value from our suppliers as possible to support our Commercial, Product and Service offer. This includes working closely with our sales community to gather market intelligence and collaborating with internal stakeholders to align our EMEA strategy.
In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging your exceptional communication and analytical skills to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute our EMEA category strategy in Iberia, engaging and collaborating with supplier partners across all levels of their organisations.
- Manage expectations and deliver business plans to drive incremental sales and margin growth.
- Work cross-functionally to align the EMEA strategy with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Inventory and Pricing teams, amongst others.
- Extract maximum value from suppliers, supporting our Commercial, Product and Service offer.
Requirements:
- Experience in supplier and category management is essential.
- Business partner with exceptional communication, analytical and influencing skills.
- Curious and takes ownership with a result-oriented and commercial mindset.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good judgment with evidence of business development and a positive 'can-do' mindset.
