Program Overview
RMC Asia is partnering with Soho House in Hong Kong to recruit interns for the Food and Beverage department. This role is perfect for aspiring students who want to gain international work experience in a dynamic environment.
Host and Destination
The internship will be hosted at a 5-Star Restaurant by Soho in Hong Kong. As a Food and Beverage intern, you will have the opportunity to work in a multicultural atmosphere and discover exciting cultural experiences.
Responsibilities
- Serve food and drinks at tables, counters, or guest rooms, ensuring friendly and efficient service.
- Clean and organize work areas, dining tables, and serving counters, and prepare tables or food trays for new guests.
- Learn and practice drink-mixing techniques, and assist in creating and updating beverage menus with new cocktails and specials.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, assist with inventory management, and restock supplies.
Program Benefits
As a Food and Beverage intern, you will receive a monthly allowance, visa sponsorship, accommodation, and local transportation. You will also have access to medical insurance, uniform with laundry service, and recruitment opportunities by the host.
