We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Stewardess to join our team at Vortx - Yachting Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and yachting, with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chief Stewardess on a similar-sized yacht.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the interior team of 3 and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Manage the inventory and ordering of supplies, including food, beverages, and household essentials.
  • Coordinate with the chef to plan and execute menus for guests and crew.
  • Ensure the yacht is maintained to the highest standards, including laundry, cleaning, and organization of living and working areas.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chief Stewardess on a yacht of similar size.
  • 5 years of experience in yachting and hospitality, with a strong background in customer service and team management.
  • STCW, ENG1, and Food & Hygiene certifications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, crew, and vendors.

Benefits:

  • Competitive monthly salary of 6,200€.
  • 60 days of leave per annum, with the opportunity to accrue additional days off.
  • One day off per week, with the option to take an additional day off in lieu of a holiday.
