• Collaborate with area supervisors and tutors to analyze processes and propose improvements.
• Develop a summary of practices defined in collaboration with tutors at the work center and teaching center.
• Interpret mechanical drawings and apply manufacturing concepts.
• Work in shifts and communicate daily with area supervisors and weekly with tutors.

• Student at least intermediate level of the machine tool training module.
• Passed all subjects from the previous course.
• Availability to work in shifts.
• Proactive, cooperative, and willing to work in a team.
