Enfinity is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to join our Controllership team in Europe. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for providing support in various financial functions, including cash management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Monitor and reconcile daily financial cash transactions, resolving any discrepancies and ensuring timely bank reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable, ensuring all invoices are paid on time and resolving any discrepancies.
- Prepare customer invoices, apply cash receipts, and follow up on collections.
- Reconcile accounts daily, performing research and adjustments as needed.
- Perform monthly account reconciliations, ensuring timely clearing and reconciliation of items.
- Communicate with the Senior Accountant on the progress of closing and daily responsibilities, seeking advice on job-related issues and reporting irregularities.
- Manage insurance bonds, letters of credit, and escrows, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist with local and corporate audits and regulatory examinations, preparing audit-related requests and other duties as assigned.
- Support monthly management reporting and budget/forecasting activities.
