What You Can Expect
  • Full program responsibility at all stages: planning, development, validation, qualification, sample delivery, and production release.
  • Work with a matrix organization across multiple cross-functional teams driving execution and overall program success.
  • Ensure problems are effectively escalated and managed to resolution.
  • Monitor and control the overall project performance (schedule, budget, and resource utilization) against the plan.
  • Ownership of internal and external communication at both technical and executive levels.
  • Proactively identify risks and lead mitigation planning.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electronic, Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field and up to 1 year of related professional experience. Alternatively, a new graduate with a Master's or PhD degree.

Key qualifications include a good understanding of digital communications, digital, analog, industrial, software, and firmware technologies as well as chip design, manufacturing, testing, and qualification. Marvell will provide on-the-job training.

Strong focus on process-driven development and continuous improvement. Support Marvell's Program Management Process.
