Vehicle Damage Assessor

As a Vehicle Damage Assessor with FMG RS, you will play a crucial role in our busy workshop in Chadderton. We are seeking an experienced professional to undertake the inspection of damaged vehicles, assessing the full extent of the damage, costs of repair, and timeframes.
We require you to identify the correct prescribed repair method and prepare, record, and maintain records of electronic and manual estimates. Effective liaison with insurance companies is also essential to obtain their authority to repair the vehicle at the estimated costs. You will work closely with customers, engineers, and technicians to explain and ensure they understand the repair methodology.
The ideal candidate will have NVQ level 3 / City & Guilds or ATA/IMI qualification with a solid Bodyshop background as an Estimator or VDA/Vehicle Damage Assessor, Audatex trained. A full UK driving licence is also required.
