About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Wine and Beverage Specialist to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a Sommelier, you will be responsible for curating our wine list, developing wine programs, and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curate and maintain our wine list, ensuring a diverse selection of wines from around the world.
  • Develop and implement wine programs, including wine pairings and events.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, offering personalized wine recommendations and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Sommelier or in a similar role, with a proven track record of curating wine lists and enhancing guest experiences.
  • Deep knowledge of wines, including varietals, regions, and pairings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
