About the Internship

We are seeking highly motivated and organized Project Management Interns to join our teams in various locations. As a Project Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on improvement and innovation projects that support the growth of our European network.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Managers in tracking open actions, conducting data-driven analyses to inform decision-making, identifying process improvements, and anticipating risks.
  • Contribute to recommending and executing network improvements.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify process improvements or standardization opportunities for the European network.
  • Develop innovative long-term solutions beneficial for the entire team.

Learning Objectives:

  • You will learn key success factors to project implementation and stakeholder management in a complex and international environment.
  • You will develop advanced project management skills and be able to provide project members with effective support.
  • You will learn to anticipate and mitigate risks.

Data Analytics:

  • You will extract and manipulate large and complex datasets.
  • You will gain insights from simulation models.
  • You will master analytics for driving business decisions and change.

Soft Skills:

  • You will communicate results and status updates to stakeholders and Senior Management.
  • You will interact with a wide range of people with diverse roles.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy a competitive monthly stipend, relocation support, and access to a range of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university degree program in Engineering, Project Management, Business Management, or similar discipline.
  • Eligible to complete a full-time internship of 3-6 months.
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English (Common European Framework of Reference C1).
  • Excellent analytical skills, preferably with advanced level in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with others.
