About the Role
We are looking for an experienced professional to assess signalling projects according to assessment plans and applicable standards. As a Signalling Systems Assessment Specialist, you will participate in test campaigns and audits, providing technical expertise to evaluate client evidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assessments of signalling projects according to agreed-upon plans and industry standards.
- Witness tests, document review, and write technical reports detailing findings and recommendations.
- Provide expert analysis to support evaluation of client-provided evidence.
- Foster effective communication with clients and railway authorities.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field (railway or guided transport sector) or equivalent experience (5 years).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in railway control command and signalling domain.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
- Expertise in European or National Railways regulations.
- Proven experience as an assessor in Conformity Assessment Bodies (DeBo/NoBo).
