We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Application Specialist to join our team at Philips. As a key member of our high-tech team, you will play a crucial role in sharing your technical knowledge with others and providing expertise to customers and users.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical expertise to customers and users, training them to optimize the usage of our products.
- Assist sales staff in assessing the potential application of company products to meet customer needs and prepare detailed product specifications for development and implementation.
- Develop and execute instruction programs for users to maximize their independence in operating the system and choosing functions.
- Customize the system to meet specific user needs, working closely with project management and account management to maximize performance.
- Implement trial installations and gather information for evaluation by the product group, as well as provide demonstrations and presentations to stimulate sales.
- Monitor system usage, solving problems and adapting the system to changed user wishes.
- Participate in the development of new functionality and improved system settings, maintaining close contact with the product group to stay informed about new developments.
- Assist in sales by providing advice to account management and customers.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the cardiovascular area.
- Experienced knowledge of all cardiovascular procedures.
- Analytical skills, with experience in interpreting application results.
- Professional knowledge of the total application area from an operational point.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Desirable clinical experience.
- Ability to organize special training.
- Good knowledge of system architecture and used technology.
- Fluent in Spanish and a good level of English.
- Clean driving license.
- Willingness to travel.
