Job Title: Turkish Speaking Customer Support Agent On Site

Job Description:

As a Turkish Speaking Customer Support Agent, you will be working on a rotating shift schedule, providing support to clients through various channels, including email, live chat, and telephone. Your primary responsibility will be to answer incoming queries and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.


Requirements:
  • You must possess a University degree or similar qualification.
  • Fluent written and spoken communication skills in Turkish and English are essential.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts in a 24/7 shift system are required.
  • Previous experience in customer support is considered an asset.
